This Agency is an independently owned and operated insurance agency operating as a GlobalGreen Insurance Agency® licensee. This Agency is an Affiliate of Equity One Franchisors, LLC (“Franchisor”), however Franchisor does not own or operate any insurance agency under the name “GlobalGreen Insurance Agency” or any other name and does not collect any information from you except as expressed on its website, www.ggiausa.com and stated in its Privacy Policy related thereto. We may, from time to time, establish other Affiliates (“Affiliates” means companies related to our Agency by common ownership or control, which can be financial and nonfinancial companies). Insurance agencies choose how they share your “Personal Information”. Federal law gives consumers the right to limit some, but not all sharing. Applicable federal and state laws require us to provide you with this Online Notice. You may already have received from us a copy of our Standard Privacy Notice. We will provide you with a copy of our Standard Privacy Notice each year you are a Customer of our Agency. We collect, use and maintain information we believe is necessary to administer our business and to offer and provide you with insurance related products and services.
